Before you return any items, we would be happy to troubleshoot any fitting issues if this is the reason for your return! There are almost always adjustments we can make to solve problems from rubbing issues to removal by a clever houdini. Simply take a couple profile photos of the muzzle and halter on your horse from the right and left sides, and email them to us along with a description of your issue. We will get back to you with some suggestions to try first. Worst case scenario, you can still return it if we can't get it to work!
Returns within 30 Days (U.S. sales only)
1. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. You can also contact us at this email address to make a warranty claim on your muzzle within 1 year of purchase.
2. We will email you a pre-paid return label to use to ship your returned item(s) back to us. Please clean all items prior to returning.
3. After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to the account that was used for purchase.
International Returns (Sales Outside U.S.)
International returns are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date and customer pays return shipping costs. Returns outside of 30 days are not accepted. Please contact us at email@example.com to authorize a return. You can also contact us at this email address to make a warranty claim on your muzzle within 1 year of purchase.
