- Product Naming Restrictions: GREENGUARD is a registered trademark and should be used in product names and descriptions for any GREENGUARD brand products. Resellers/Dealers may not rename the product or add their brand name to the product.
- Product SDS/Label and Expiration Information: We do not carry any injectable, ingestible, or topical products, or any products labelled hazardous.
- MAP Policy: All dealers/resellers must agree to a minimum advertised price point for all products. Refer to our Price List for current MAP pricing.
- 3rd Party Resale Restrictions: Dealers/resellers are prohibited from selling any of our products on 3rd party eCommerce marketplaces, such as Amazon and eBay.
SHIPPING AND ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Purchase Orders: Purchase orders should be submitted by email to email@example.com or through our online store (ask us how to set this up). Each Purchase Order should include (i) the quantity of products being ordered, (ii) product prices, (iii) payment terms, and (iv) a requested receipt date. The requested receipt date should allow at least 5 business days lead time (M-F excluding holidays) for Purchase Order acceptance and fulfillment, as well as a reasonable amount of time for standard shipping transit time. Please refer to section 2 in the Retail Seller Agreement for more information.
Payment Terms: Invoices are due and payable within fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice unless other payment terms are agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made by check, credit or debit card, Paypal, or ACH transfer. Any amounts not paid by the due date will be subject to interest. We may also withhold further shipment of products until all invoices have been paid in full. Please refer to section 2.04 in the Retail Seller Agreement for more information.
Minimum Order Quantity: We currently do not have minimum order quantity requirements.
Customer Returns: End-user customers have 30 days from the point of sale (“POS”) to return our products for any reason for a refund. In order for a dealer/reseller to receive a refund for the customer's returned product, the dealer/reseller must notify us and return the product within 10 days of the customer’s return. We will issue a pre-paid return label for returning the product. After receipt of the returned product, we will issue a credit or refund to the dealer/reseller for the amount dealer/reseller paid for the product.
90 Day Guaranteed Sale Policy: Dealer/reseller has 90 days from the date of purchase to return products to us for a full refund as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Dealer/reseller is responsible for return shipping cost. Refund will be issued after we receive the returned product.
Shipping Problems and Exchanges: Dealer/reseller should contact carrier regarding shipment delays or problems after order has shipped. If incorrect items are sent to the dealer/reseller, we will exchange the items at no charge. Dealer/resellers will have five (5) days from the date shipment arrives to inspect the products and notify us of any discrepancies in the quantity or quality of the products. We will replace defective items at no charge.
Warranty Policy: All sales to dealer/reseller are subject to our standard limited warranty, warranty disclaimers and limitations on liability in effect for the products at the time of shipment to dealer/reseller. Dealer/reseller may not alter the warranty, disclaimers, or limitation of liability, nor extend or make any additional warranty or representation regarding the products unless expressly authorized.
We currently offer a 1-year, one-time replacement warranty on all grazing muzzles for end-user customers which begins at POS purchase date. Customers should contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding warranty claims.

Our company carries a general liability policy of $1,000,000/$2,000,000. We can provide dealers with a certificate of liability if requested. We also require all dealers to carry a general liability policy with minimum limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence as stated in section 5 of our Retail Seller Agreement.
